DALHOUSIE’S INTERNATIONAL VENTURE INTO THE LUNGS OF THE SEA
Last summer, the Port of Halifax welcomed the Maria S. Merian, one of Germany’s most advanced research ships. During expeditions before and after the port call, Canadian Scientists from Dalhousie University joined forces with German scientists from Kiel University and the Baltic Sea Research Institute, as well as researchers from Denmark and Peru, to take a deep dive into the lungs of the Labrador Sea.
